Trasa prowadzona wzdłuż południowej granicy województwa łącząca Kostrzyń z Drawskiem Pomorskim.

W miejscowości: GOSTOMIE  trasa spotyka się z trasą „wschodnią” prowadzoną wzdłuż wschodniej części województwa.

Die Route verläuft entlang der südlichen Grenze der Woiwodschaft und verbindet Kostrzyn mit Drawsko Pomorskie.

Im Dorf GOSTOMIE trifft die Route auf die „östliche“ Route, die durch den östlichen Teil der Woiwodschaft verläuft.

The route runs along the southern border of the province and connects Kostrzyn with Drawsko Pomorskie.

In the village of GOSTOMIE, the trail meets the "eastern" trail, which runs through the eastern part of the voivodship.
